OK. When is Gov. Palin going to announce she’s running for the old White House? What’s the latest possible date she announce?

I think she's waiting for "her" movie to come up before announcing.
As to the date, there isn't one, really. Oh, sure, people will say that you have to due X before the end of Y, but that's for people who are trying to run traditional campaigns.
