Keep in mind that it will be the police of extreme-left Madison that have jurisdiction.
Yup. So, if Prosser did attack the other judge (and was not acting in self-defense), we can be sure that Prosser will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Likewise, if Prosser was acting in self defense, or if the story is just made-up BS, we can be sure that we will not hear another word about it and the other judge will not be charged with making a false report.

Yes, but also keep in mind that those police have been called “pigs” by plenty of the people they were supposed to be protecting in the past.
I’m glad to see Walker pushing this. Also, he no doubt knows exactly what happened, which bodes well for the outcome. Besides, if Prosser had really choked Bradley as she claims, she almost certainly would have pressed charges (she didn’t).
One way to keep this from being established left wing lore is to prosecute it and see where the chips fall. If those “witnesses” were lying to the press, let’s see if they’re willing to commit perjury as well. It would be especially nice to see the testimony before the recall elections are held, particularly if Prosser’s version stands.
Walker’s making a good move here, adding the prestige of his office to the effort to investigate, making it tougher for the Dane County liberals to ignore (and I’m betting that’s what they desperately want to do right now.)
