Oh yes they do. They hang out in them all day long on the Internet computers and harass the staff and decent patrons. The vast majority of public library computer users are shiftless minorities. Trust me, I’ve worked in public libraries for years. Even in towns with small percentages of minorities, the vast majority of Internet users are minorities.
I wonder if that’s one reason behind the push for “Broadband for ALL”. Shities like Shitcago are pushing free internets for the hoodrats in Sexium Eight housing. Maybe they just want them to stay home and let the rest of us be?
