This is a distraction that needn’t be. Wallace was addressing the assumptions other networks and the libs have about her, NOT insinuating it about her directly. I like Michele Bachmann greatly, but it’s an error on her part not to accept the apology and move on.

LOL, I can't believe all the readers falling for Politico's title: "Bachmann won't take Fox Host's Apology".
Where in the article does it say that Chris Wallace apologized to Bachmann or that Bachmann refused an apology? Here's what Wallace said:
"A lot of you were more than perturbed, you were upset and felt that I had been rude to her. And since in the end it's really all about the answers and not about the questions. I messed up. I'm sorry. I didn?t mean any disrespect."
He's apologizing to his viewers, not Bachmann.
Bachmann brushed aside Jon Karl's question and essentially repeated her response from yesterday. When prompted again she said: "Those are the small issues. I'm focused on the big ones."
Sounds to me like she is not responding to a controversy that Wallace created with his viewers.
