They haven’t the brass to do so. To many wimpy rinos and moderates. They didn’t have the Brass when they had all 3 branches, so what makes you think they would do it now with only 1 branch?

And if 2 strong conservatives run with 1 moderate the moderate will win. Because neither of the conservatives will back out to let the stronger of the 2 conservatives win. It splits the conservative vote.

That is how we got the moderate TN governor the past 2 times.

The Environmental Protection Agency said Friday it would delay issuing final regulations aimed at cutting pollution from factory boilers until April 2012, amid pressure from industry groups and lawmakers.

Right before the election? I wonder how long it will take for layoffs to begin after implementation.

Obama’s EPA Sets Out to Destroy US Factories

As rough and slimey as Obama’s gang is why aren’t we playing the game the same way? There doesn’t seem to be a wimper or outrage from the GOP that gets attention on a lot of these rules which bypass the legislative process.

We need to be more outrageous as they are in a way that media will be forced into coverage and spurring public debate.

If they are were truly concerned with mercury, then they’d wouldn’t force us to use those expensive imported mercury containing bulbs. We can be sure broken/ unused bulbs will end up in the trash and not disposed of properly.
