It's like I keep telling these unwilling-to-listen Perry boosters, the guy is a deep-dipped, board-certified NWO RiNO and Bilderberg fair-haired boy. He's open borders and gay-friendly to the max. The max, baby!

Rick Perry never met a Hispanic RiNO he didn't want to appoint to the Texas Supreme Court. And he never met a billionaire whose money he didn't want to take and whose water he didn't want to haul in office.

That is sort of my thought on his candidacy also. I think there will be several nominees of this type tossed up to muddy the waters and dilute the vote.
Money can do weird things in politics - Buying a false-flag nominee is easy as cake...or in this case...brisket(tacos).
