I think it was ABC Radio that sain the truck driver might be at fault. She must not know how big a train is. Everyone who hits a train is at fault.

Unless the truck stalled on the tracks, you are almost certainly correct.

It’s not like people don’t know where the trains are going to be.

Well, it’s not like the engineer can get a train to hop the tracks and aim it at somebody.
