Yep, I understand it was shut down in early April for refueling. Any Google searching will show that the plant is an "Island" in the flooded Missouri river. The main plant with the used storage rod pools and the reactor's containment building are protected by a rubber inflated wall. The switchyard is also blocked off from the water. The photo below was taken on June 16.

Certainly one major problem is the used rods in the storage pools. Following the river upstream are several earthen dams that are at or near maximum reservoir levels. The Corps of Engineers has no choice but to release much more water towards this facility.

20 miles down stream is Omaha, Nebraska and Council Bluffs, Iowa, followed by Offutt AFB, Kansas City, etc.

Hopefully the facility is built on bedrock, and not just the local soil. Seepage is a major threat to this entire facility.
