I’m not opposed to the free exchange of ideas, nor am I opposed to states flexing their 10th Amendment muscles either. Alabama passed a bill banning gay marriage, and NY allowed it, but Alabama passed their bill first. It will be an interesting though tight-rope battle in courts should someone decide to sue.

should someone decide to sue.

You can bet we'll see that sooner rather than later...

....and as for "the free exchange of ideas?" what we see in our land and in our courts and government is a vile abuse of those freedoms and a wrongful definition of "rights",....when in fact there was a time not long ago we understood these things as "privileges". The waters have been so muddied the differences of the two are completely unidentifiable.
