Actually it is Operation “Fast and Furious” and Gunwalker. He is saying that our Government is supplying guns to Blacks in Chicago so that they will kill each other.
It’s a roundabout way of saying Whites are responsible for black on black murders. White’s get blamed for everything.

I see it as a very racist thought and statement . . .
This country endowed with specific freedoms unlike any other country in the world, this poor excuse of a human being is also saying certain races of this country does not have the brains nor the responsibility to exercise those freedoms.
