He didn’t forget, he didn’t misspeak and it wasn’t a gaffe. He just didn’t care, it meant nothing to him and had no impact on him in his role as CIC (so-called). It was just another day, just another photo op.
TOTUS doesn't have to care, or even pay attention. He just mindlessly reads words written for him off of a teleprompter w/o even knowing or paying attention to what he's saying. Kind of like Ron Burgundy in Anchorman. Boy, wouldn't it be fun to hack his teleprompter and insert some choice alternative lines now & again?
