Probably so... after all, those who are emotionally invested in defending a piece of human garbage really don’t have anything other than the standard logical fallacies to resort to. “JBT”, “Hitler”, “They planted it” and other assorted ad hominem attacks and tinfoil hat conspiracy theories are the last refuge of those who have no facts to back up their rhetoric.
It’s all part of the entitlement “ITS ALL ABOUT ME!” culture that the internet breeds. People become emotionally invested in stories like this, without possessing all, or even a good portion of the facts. Thus, their small minds fill in the blanks in conformity with whatever twisted view of the world that they have.
Then when real facts begin to leak out, it all becomes part of a grand “conspiracy” because the facts make them look bad.
Oh well... it’s probably not even worth it. Nothing will convince those so invested in the reality of black helicopters, lizard people, and chemtrails that these things aren’t real. Reason is beyond them. It makes some people feel better about their lives to invent a reality that they can rant about on the internet rather than to fix the real problems that exist in the world.
Rather than tackle Obama appointing radical socialist homosexuals to the federal bench, or the NY Legislature trying to redefine a perversion as marriage, people will defend a criminal piece of filth so that they can attack the “JBTs” that they wish existed.

Proof please that criticism of the march of the gay agenda is exclusive of criticism of Democrat police departments that raise serious questions about their own competence or even good will -- to the point that a supposedly favorable report which arises later on is subject to severe skeptical scrutiny?
