Actually, he was allegedly part of a home-invasion robbery ring.
I’ve got problems with the fact that they allowed him to bleed to death while they were ensuring the home was secure. But they were legitimately serving a warrant for suspicion of being part of an armed home-invasion robbery ring, and were met by a man crouching, pointing a gun at them. Hardly the sort of “execution” that people are making it out to be.

The way their convoluted story keeps evolving, it is the sure sign of lies.

Even if it is a stolen weapon, it doesnt mean that he is the one who stole it.Or that he even knew it was stolen, for that matter.
To: smokingfrog
Doesn’t matter at this point.
SWAT is covering their tracks.
This whole incident stinks.

“They strain and produce a gnat. Did he steal it? And, even if he did, is that a capital offense worthy of immediate clownish lethality?”
The noose around their necks is what they did -after- shooting the victim, in refusing medical treatment. Also, photos of the murder scene show about one third of the shots about six to sixteen inches off of the floor, suggesting that the victim was repeatedly shot after he had fallen.
This will be swept under the rug for the immediate future, but there is no statute of limitations on murder.

Ok, since his wife said the cops dropped that weapon after they shot him, then it probably came from a police locker somewhere. When asked about the gun she said, " You mean the one they dropped by him after they shot him?".
That statement should be investigated by somebody and not the local police.

Next, they’ll say that he was seen pushing little old ladies down stairs, or that he was in the KKK.

She changed her story during the interview.

The thing that bothers me about the story is this is a trained combat Marine. This Marine had been in combat in Iraq. Per police reports he was crouching at the end of the hall with the AR-15 (which is not an assault weapon) and the weapon was pointed at the SWAT Team. Per the report of that team, his weapon was on safety and not on fire.
It will be a cold day in hell when a combat experienced Marine goes into a situation like this with his weapon not on ready to fire. This Marine did not fire a single round. If this went down as the SWAT team said, he without any doubt would have gotten a few rounds off.
There is one other thing that bothers me greatly. In no reporting that I have read does it say if the weapon had a round chambered.
THE WHOLE DAMN THING STINKS.

Hardly the sort of execution that people are making it out to be. Most people jumped to conclusions the first time they read about this incident based on their emotions and prejudices. Any information or evidence which comes out that doesn't fit their hasty conclusions is a conspiracy.
