Huh, that’s very interesting. I’m glad everyone was OK.
I worked for a couple of different guys who had trained “command” dogs. One was a belgian shepherd and one was a doberman (both very sweet dogs, the shepherd esp. was a lovey). On 2 different occasions I raised my hand to my bosses, just as a gesture you realize, and in both cases the dogs were right there. Not in my face, you know, but ready to get there.
A little intimidating.
They were both very well trained dogs.

Dogs can smell *every* minute change in body odor.
She probably smelled like a veritable cloud of estrogen and progesterone to the dog.
Of course it knew.
