Casey Anthony's mother testified Thursday she used the family's computer to search for suspicious items like "chloroform" -- potentially undercutting the prosecution's attempt to pin those searches on Anthony, who is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter.
Cindy Anthony told a jury for the first time Thursday that she used her home computer to look up "chloroform" and other search terms in March 2008 -- even though records show she was at work at the time of the searches, according to prosecutors.

Its VERY obvious that Cindy was lying to save her daughter from death row. She knows her daughter is a sociopath, nothing is going to fix her..she is just plain evil..so I can understand Cindy doing everything she can to spare her daughter’s life, she already lost her granddaughter, she doeset want to lose her daughter too..but Lee Anthony WOW talk about a slimy character..this whole family are a bunch of circus characters, all they need are balls balancing on their noses to complete the look. All they do is lie..I just hope the jury sees through their lies and finds Casey guilty..but I live in LA, I know how juries are here so anything can happen

He has proven (DNA) he was not the father. He could have been blamed if CA had lied that she saw him do it.

Fox put out a theory this morning that this could concern the jury being compromised but then sort of took it back. They said if it involved the jury they would not have been sent back to the hotel, they would have been interviewed like crazy.
I’ve been at work all morning so haven’t heard the latest scuttlebutt on why proceedings were dismissed. I’ll have to watch Judge Janine tonight. She da woman!
I just have a bad feeling after whatever happened in court today that there was either jury tampering or something else happened and Casey will get away with cold blooded murder. OJ got away with murder, but karma got him, didnt happen right away but it happened..

Notice when Casey “Cries” you see NO tears..she is a good actress but not THAT good. Something went down today, not sure what but I think this case will likely end in a mistrial. Cindy and George should NEVER have been allowed to watch the proceedings in the courtroom, she has been taking lots of notes so she can go home and figure out what kind of testimony she can give to get Casey off
I’m not even sure what side Cindy is on. Sometimes she appears for the prosecution and sometimes for the defense! Such a weird trial. And that brother! What a nut he turned out to be.
As far as Lee goes I guess the saying is true about the apple not falling far from the tree..he is a chip off the old block that guy is..at least when he cried I saw actual tears, the rest of them cry with NO tears at all..I think the entire Anthony family knows Casey is guilty but they want to spare her from death row, which is understandable but they have perjured themselves on the witness stand and shouldn’t Baez also be charged with something, he allowed a witness to KNOWINGLY lie on the witness stand
This provoked good discussion around the sabbath table last night. I told my older boys that if they killed or were involved in some disappearance or murder of my grandchild, especially if they partied for a mo th before anyone knew the child was missing, I would NOT be lying or covering up for them on the stand, no way. I can see still having some love for your child even after he/she has done something bad, but I cannot see denying him justice especially when the crime was violent and heinous.
It’s the biggest reason I hate Huckabee. If his son had gotten a bunch of parking tickets, and he as governor had them wiped off his record, that’s yucky abuse of power but it probably happens all the time. It’s not deadly immoral and harmful to the world like what he really did. Its criminal but not sick. However, attempting to shield his adult child from justice after this sick creep tortured a helpless dog and then murdered it by hanging, is about as sinful and heinous and wrong as can be. It shows Huckabee to be a very bad person. It goes deep into his character, he who is so holier than thou.

Beautiful post. I love how you put yourself into the Grandma’s shoes. You had me tearing up. I guess grandma feels she has nothing to lose. I just can’t imagine my sons killing their children (they are too young yet) so I couldn’t take that extra step. It makes me pity the grandma, though of course lying under oath is not a good choice. Who knows why she was such an enabler? But that’s not a crime and maybe she never realized how amoral her daughter was growing to be? (I don’t know very much about this case)

That beautiful little girl was killed for, the Mothers Whoring lifestyle,nothing more, Casey needs burned at the stake.
I haven’t watched much of what is going on, just a little from what Fox News shows, I feel really bad for the brother. I kind of get the impression his parents were cruel to him because he was the normal one. It’s really sad. It’s just an impression, but that’s what I feel.
The only intelligent thing I’ve heard Geraldo say is that the “brother thinks he’s the husband” and “the parents don’t know if they are for the defense or on the prosecution’s side.” Of course, he feels sorry for that nice little easy-type of girl, Casey.
I think it is the dynamic between a mother and daughter. Those two have taken that dynamic to a whole new level of hate and resentment. At that point - I think - there was no way Casey was going to let Mama Cindy win by taking custody of the little girl. No way.
Now, I have heard rumors that originally Casey wanted the daughter but up for adoption but Cindy stopped her. I have no idea if there’s any validity to that story.

I heard that a reporter asked Linda Drane-Burdick about the delay and she said she couldn’t comment. When Jeff Ashton was asked, he said he couldn’t comment but it wasn’t about him. Imo, the only truthful people in this case are the prosecutors and Judge Blevin. I think Baez is in trouble again.
My guess is the mother's guilt is horrendous ... she hasn't worked since 2008 and they've made reference to 'changing medications' ... what do they do for money, how do they live from day to day - what a living hell. I'm sure she wanted Casey to be a person Casey never was - and the little baby Cailey was a sacrificial lamb in a way - how could the grandparents let both of them disappear for 31 days when they lived at home?
