This happened recently in Las Vegas too. Man standing in his drive way photographing the police arresting someone in his neighborhood. He was assaulted by an officer, arrested, his camera was confiscated, and he was charged with battery on the officer. Happy ending at least. Too many cops with too much time on their hands. A simple traffic stop sometumes acts like a magnet and the scene becomes cluttered with five or six patrol cars!
