As part of an agreement reached in Roanoke County General District Court last week, Nova was not convicted. The case was continued for a year, with the understanding the charges will be dismissed after Nova completes his jail time and avoids further chargesStealing a few bottles of Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill gets you three weekends in jail - with no conviction. Killing unborn children is legal with no consequences. Wasn't this an episode of the Twilight Zone?
