Prohibition and drug laws are two different things. How so? Alcohol is a drug and it required a Constitutional amendment to prohibit it. Why isn't that required to prohibit other drugs. If you can't give a legal Constitutional answer then don't bother.

I'm going to bed in a few, so I don't have time to explain the thousands of years of Western Civilization being alcohol based, and all the reasons that trying to eliminate alcohol from western man and his culture, and his cities, was different from trying to deal with the sudden appearance of drug abuse, in our youth population as multiculturalism was growing.
