Gardening is not hard, and the growing of one or two plants is a heck of a lot easier than a full garden of vegetables, fruit, and flowers, and trees.

Gardening is something the vast majority of people do not and will not do. I don’t see the point anyway. If people grow their own there will be no black market and the gov can stop spending over a billion dollars per year not putting a dent in the black market.
