Well , she did lobby Bush for a pardon for a drug dealer who was also a big donor of hers. Sorry if the truth looks like slime but it is what it is.

So let me get this straight. This guy was convicted 1987. In 2005, after apparently becoming an upstanding citizen, donating to Bachmann and other Republicans, Bachmann wrote a letter in support of a pardon.

What am I missing here? The pardon would have done nothing but wiped the 1987 conviction from his record. He was already out of jail.

That's not the full story. Now the creep is in trouble again which proves he never really reformed and Bachmann will take money from anyone to fund her campaigns. Hiring Ed Rollins should speak volumes in itself.

That she withdrew the letter recommending a pardon at the first sign that he might not be the upstanding citizen she thought.

Horrific, isn't it? /s
