SEARS? Really! They partnered with K Mart, and I noticed that ACE Hardware is now selling Craftsman tools.

“ACE Hardware is now selling Craftsman tools.”

I noticed that. Another weird thing is, when I buy something at ACE, within a couple days I get an e-mail from Amazon.com with recommendations for related items and accessories for it.

In my hometown, the local Sears and K-Mart are within a quarter mile of each other. The K-Mart lot is always empty while the Wal-Mart, another mile and a quarter toward the edge of town, is always full.

I’ve never understood how K-Mart stays in business.
