I like Kashi Go Lean Crunch in the morning. Plenty of fiber and protein - it fills me up and I’m good until lunchtime.
The Kashi is my husband’s favorite. We also buy the unadulterated Shredded Wheat and Cheerios. In the winter, it’s old fashioned oat meal and cracked wheat cereal.
We tend to be cereal “purists”. We don’t like the sugarfied stuff. Looking through the cereal aisle at the store is quite a challenge......way too many choices. The bread aisle is the same way. How many types of bread can one choose from? White, wheat, whole grain, multi-grain, twelve grain, cracked wheat, oatmeal, and on and on. It’s a bit mind-boggling.
