Then the states can tax it like cigarettes, a windfall. If people could create Scotch, a Samuel Adams or Marlboro cigarettes, as easily as you can grow a weed at home, do you think people would be paying the taxes on those items?
You can grow your own pot just once every few years and have an unlimited supply of it in the garage, refinement, complicated, delicate, elaborate drying and other processes under controlled conditions is not necessary.
