It’s already basically legal in many states. OR, CO, CA and NM. It sure reduced the numbers of illegal aliens around here.
Add Ohio to that.You can have up to almost 3# before it becomes a class 3 felony carrying a 60 day jail term.Less than that is the equlivent of a traffic ticket.
