I read the link, and don’t doubt the veracity of the portion of Bachmann’s quote that O’Donnell selectively used. The point is that he only used a portion of her statement to twist her words and make her appear to be a hypocrite. The government bought pork, which they actually used, which is surely different than giving cash handouts to unions and car companies. You’re trying to boost Palin by attacking Bachmann, and you have to stoop to using a dirtbag like O’Donnell to do it. Think about that.
"Your efforts to stabilize prices through direct government purchasing of pork and dairy products are very much welcomed by the producers in Minnesota, and I would encourage you to take any additional steps necessary to prevent further deterioration of these critical industries, such as making additional commodity purchases and working to expand trade outlets for these and other agricultural goods," Bachmann wrote.
And it was ok because government used the pork? Like infamous government cheese?
At what point do we find representatives who will finally say NO!?!
Think about what? That Bachmann is just telling you what you want to hear?
