To: forgotten man; South40; SJSAMPLE

Hope so.
I’ve not seen them involve homicide into officers having to shoot anyone here in NY before.
That’s why I was wondering about it.
They usually use the term homicide here when they really mean ‘murder’.

From all I have read it should be ruled a justifiable homicide. But the agent will probably still have to hire a lawyer and spend money he earned to support his family so he can prove it.

I guarantee you, EVERY TIME a NY cop shoots somebody, it’s investigated, but probably not by the same department.
