Bachmann Derangement Syndrome Takes A Turn For The Worse: She's A “Religious Zealot.. Paranoid.."

Rolling Stone’s Matt Taibbi:

. . . Bachmann is a religious zealot whose brain is a raging electrical storm of divine visions and paranoid delusions. She believes that the Chinese are plotting to replace the dollar bill, that light bulbs are killing our dogs and cats, and that God personally chose her to become both an IRS attorney who would spend years hounding taxpayers and a raging anti-tax Tea Party crusader against big government. She kicked off her unofficial presidential campaign in New Hampshire, by mistakenly declaring it the birthplace of the American Revolution. “It’s your state that fired the shot that was heard around the world!” she gushed. “You are the state of Lexington and Concord, you started the battle for liberty right here in your backyard.”

Funny - I thought this was going to be about many on this site who have convinced themselves that Bachmann is no differant than Obama.

Bachmann might as well get used to it, it’s de rigour against GOP candidates (unless you are a RINO squish that the MSM wants to win the nomination).

“Bachmann Derangement Syndrome”

In full view at FR amongst the more zealous supporters of a non-candidate.

So the left removed the cross from their “coexist” bumper stickers? I guess they don’t believe in diversity or being open minded to different beliefs any longer?

mistakenly declaring it the birthplace of the American Revolution

Maybe she meant the birthplace of the 57 states . . . oh, but wait . . . 57 states was Oidiot's flub, wasn't it? Can't bring that us, now can we?

That's pretty funny, given the amount of crap Palin has gotten on FR. Maybe you think Bachmann should be immune from criticism for hiring Ed Rollins and then standing mute as Rollins attacked Palin (a long-standing Bachmann ally). That seems to have been the meme as of late.

The Bachmann supporters on FR seem to be following the DU lead of shouting down critics, refusing to address the issue, and then the next day calling the story old news that no longer needs to be addressed.

I guess they’d be more respectful if that was Hussein holding up a copy of the Koran.

Whenever Hussein stands before the cameras and tells that lie, “I am a Christian,” they all cheer.

How come it’s bad if a conservative says she’s Christian, but it’s GOOD when Obama says it?

Could it possibly be that they know damned well he’s lying?

She has not said any of those things and the author knows that.

“Funny - I thought this was going to be about many on this site who have convinced themselves that Bachmann is no differant than Obama.”

—One of the secrets of the left has always been to make it appear that their numbers are much greater than they really are (today we call it “AstroTurf”, but it’s been going on for a long time). They use the media, protests, etc.

Lately, some pseudo-conservatives have gotten in on the game, running around frantically, trying to smear people on every single thread.

So, basically what I’m getting at is... RED SOUTH, Here’s lookin’ at you kid...

absolutely correct.

I like a lot about Perry. but Gardrisil was a huge mistake.
Palin initially backed the Libya war.
Col West admitted making a serious mistake yesterday.
(wow. a politician who takes responsibility for his own words, and admits when he is wrong... THAT is who i want!)

Bachmann is a fine person. i think she could make a good US Presidnet! but she is not God, and not perfect.

...yet her supporters REFUSE to simply admit she made a mistake:
“for hiring Ed Rollins and then standing mute as Rollins attacked Palin (a long-standing Bachmann ally). “

admit it, and move on. instead of attacking others for simply pointing out facts.

Look, it’s kind of fun to have Bachman actually in, with all the pluses of a Palin and more, but none of the Palin negatives. Conservatives get hit all the time as will Bachman. You are aware that Bachman is said to have had Rollins apologize to the Palin team?

Bachmann is a religious zealot whose brain is a raging electrical storm of divine visions and paranoid delusions.

Funny. Rolling Stoned didn't get exercised when a real religious nut with dangerous delusions was involved in the Presidential elections.

24 months ago the Tea party was a joke to the lefties... now that we're kicking a$$ and taking names these lefties resort to their old stand-by: personal attacks.

By the way isn't Taibbi a boston sox fan ... constantly pissing and moaning when the NY Yankees do well? If so, up yours Taibbi you cry baby.
