A chief Republican critic of a controversial U.S. anti-gun-trafficking operation was briefed on ATF’s “Fast and Furious” program last year and did not express any opposition, sources familiar with the classified briefing said Tuesday.

The clear implication of that statement is that some official in either the BATF or in the Justice Department has leaked confidential information to the Washington Post in an attempt to interfere with the oversight responsibilities of Congress.

Where are "the authorities" on this issue - surely there is at least one felony involved in that act.

The Washington Post is obviously worried and is trying to protect one of its favorites. My supposition is that it is Hillary Clinton and her people in the State Department.
