WASHINGTON Senators John F. Kerry and John McCain, seeking to defuse a contentious debate over funding for US military operations in Libya, proposed a resolution yesterday offering congressional support for President Obamas policy in the North African country.
The senators, both high-profile members of the chamber and former nominees for the presidency, sought to project a united front in support of the NATO-led action to protect Libyan civilians from Moammar Khadafys forces and curtail the dictators ability to wage war.

Glennon, a scholar at Tufts Universitys Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy who helped lawmakers draft the 1973 War Powers Resolution.

Obama should appoint Kerry and McCain Generalissimos in the new Afrika Korps and tell them: “Don’t come back until the war is won!”
He doesn't understand the need for limits and goals. He would have been a steal progressive. But we got something better - A Hyper Progressive that can't stop himself.
I am more and more convinced that McPain is an agent in place. He was turned in Vietnam.

I look for Ding and Dong to be equally as supportive of President Palin’s “efforts” in Cuba.
Shame on you Arizona... shame on you.

McLame is 0bama’s senile buttboy..
If McCain had won and went to war without Congressional approval, the media would have had him drawn and quartered by now. We would be better off with a dictator McStupid than a dictator Bam Bam.
