“You are comparing an auto accident to purposeful drowning/murder?”

The comparison was that both were a medically induced tragedy. A seizure inducing a car accident equating to postpartum psychosis causing someone to do something they would never do normally.

And life sometimes teaches you to accept the things that you never thought you could accept. It’s called love.

So the crazy person had a spell of crazy and decided to kill children and that should be looked the same as a driver passing out at the wheel? I swear.

If a rabid dog spots you, corners you and leaps to chew out your throat, do you love on it while crushes neck or do you try to gouge it’s eyes out?

we had a guy, known for his aggressive driving, cross the highway, and hit a truck full of children and killed all 5 of them...

they were also beautiful, loved children...

that guy didn't serve a day...the jury acquited him because he claimed to have had a "coughing" seizure....

not a single day in jail....

Would I have the right to defend myself against a person suffering from a medically induced crazy spell?

If they don’t mean it and it is purely accidental, does this put me in legal jeopardy in your eyes?
