This is slime politics and nothing less.
She chose to hire Rollins.
She chose not to fire him.
She chose to hide in the dark until she FINALLY woke up to all of the noise over this issue and is now trying to deal with damage control.
She reminds me of Huckabeeeee showing the world the commercial that he actively claimed he was never going to run.... even while he is running it.
I once had enormous respect for her. There was a time I had hoped that she would become part of the Palin team, perhaps even the V.P.
I no longer support her, I don’t even like her now and I damn sure don’t trust her.
Whatshername-Rolins blew it and I seriously doubt that she could make it to the general anyway.
I’ll be voting for Sarah Palin, Liberty, our Constitution and American Exceptionalism.

I haven’t reached the same stern conclusions you have (she’s like Huckabee, you no longer support her) but I do agree with your description of events:
She hired him, she didn’t fire him, she tried to hide from the controversy until hiding became impossible.
I still support her, in the sense that she’s #3 on my short list, but this whole thing does shake my faith in her leadership ability.
