“why didn’t she demand that Rollins apologize publicly?”

I doubt anyone actually listens to anything Rollins says. I wouldn't have known about this if I had not read this article.

Making Rollins apologize publicly would call attention to the statement and give the MSM more ammunition to attack Sarah.

Making him apologize directly to Sarah is more sincere and hopefully she told him to STFU about Sarah or else go find another job.

Hiring Rollins in the first place was probably a mistake.

But I’m sure that many Palin supporters heard about what Rollins said about Sarah, especially those who frequent the Internet. I’m not sure that a story buried in the Washington Post and posted on HotAir and here will not spread as much as the former

Thinking that she was qualified to run was the bigger mistake; she’s just being used to damage a real candidate.
