Apparently even the liberals on the SCOTUS could see this was just an effort by trial lawyers to fill their own pockets at Walmart’s expense. The BEST ruling would have included an order to the plaintiffs to pay the defendent’s costs...

Apparently even the liberals on the SCOTUS could see this was just an effort by trial lawyers to fill their own pockets at Walmart’s expense.The Liberal Justices agreed that the plaintiffs had been certified as the wrong type of class, but dissented from the majority's ruling that there should not have been any class certification.
