On November 2, 2010, Rick Perry was re-elected as Governor of Texas. He took 55% of the popular vote. The Democrat received 42%.
I assume that by "ZERO" you are intentionally ignoring his primary fight against KBH (she was backed by the Bush family and allies, Dick Cheney, James Baker, etc.) and his general election win.
Of course, if he had quit office two years ago, he could have traveled the country, published a couple books, and even gone on a magic bus tour with the media.
I'd vote for either Palin or Perry for Prez. However, the former is a populist and the latter is an opportunist. Neither is a conservative.
The cheap shot at Perry re: the 2010 election deserved a response. If you weren't spinning, you'd acknowledge he had his hands full running for governor again (unlike Palin).
