Some of the points are certainly debatable, but some of them can be independently checked. For instance, Fulbright scholarships are only available for graduate degree candidates in the US (something I know from my grad student days, when I had a couple of Fulbright scholar neighbors across the hallway in the grad student dorm), and Obama was an undergrad at Occidental. Besides, Occidental states that it has never released Obama's transcripts (other than to Obama, presumably).
To get a professional engineering license in most states, one has to have their transcripts sent to the state of licensure. Do lawyers have a similar obligation to get their license? Can't that be released as public information?
