I am not making an arugment about illegality. It is a simple matter of poor judgment.

Hope that Governor Perry would just say so and this issue will disappear.

It just proves that neiter governor is a conservative.

Laws made by Lawyers are full of loopholes. Illegal doesn’t matter, immoral and unethical are far more important.
