Not naive at all. I’ll marry and ignore anything the state has to say or requires with respect to getting married. There is a point that a Man, if he IS a Man, stops backing.If the State wants to start something that is the states problem, not mine. The state has no authority to define or re-define Marrige, no matter what the state thinks.
