Just happened, very strange! Wolf Blitzer Interview with Michele Bachmann. Blitzer asked Bachmann 5 times do you agree with Tim Pawlenty that Mitt romney is disqualified from being the Republican nominee for president because he supports mandated healthcare.?
She kept responding that she's against obamacare/mandates. Blitzer tried again to pin down some kind of answer. She evaded the question at every turn, didn't want to touch it and finally a frustrated Blitzer then says, "You obviously don't want to answer the question?"
I know people say that nominees shouldn't attack other nominees yet but if not now, when? because Romney is trying to create the "inevitability" card so that momentum carries him eventually to a plurality of the votes on the primaries.
But, Bush was selected for VP! (eliminated duplicate “for”)
You dont think she is shooting for the top slot?
///
Romney is by all accounts, the front runner.
AND probably the MOST liberal of ANY GOP candidate.
if she was truly going for the top slot,
(and, as truly conservative as we believed)
he would be her PRIME A#1 target !
...and, if, if she was simply obeying Reagan’s 11th
(even if it allows Romney to win),
they why did she hire someone who showed no hesitation
in attacking Palin, repeatedly, both before AND after,
without comment by Bachmann.
...she can’t have it both ways.
if she is truly what she says she is, then she needs to WIPE THE FLOOR with Romney. THEN, i’d support her.

and bgill is very correct here. does this sound like the straight talking hard-nosed conservative we NEED ???:
“Doesnt surprise me a bit. She tends to avoid questions and doesnt give straight answers to unexpected questions. She also will sidestep the topic to relate it to a talking point.”
The primary ELECTIONS aren't until next year.
I think it's wise at this point for ALL the GOP candidates to differentiate Republicans from Democrats in order to improve the generic favorability of the Republican "brand." The in-fighting can wait until much later.
The MSM (like Blitzer) would rather see the GOP candidates use their camera time to belittle each other rather than to get the GOP strategic message out in a way that might sway voters instead of turn them off.
All the GOP candidates are wise at this point to present their own ideas for the future, and leave the attacks on the others for when the voting gets closer.

The word disqualified is the keyword. It isn’t up to her to declare Romney disqualified. It is up to the voters.
Give it a rest, I don’t see any other candidates saying Romney is disqualified. Of course if you aren’t a candidate, you can say whatever tickles your fancy and look real popular.
The left play people like you because you and other Palin fans play right into their hands, you do all the work for them and carry their water. Y’all have been doing that all day around here. Obama doesn’t have to do a thing. Don’t think this won’t happen to anyone else either.
I agree! That’s my point! I don’t need Michele to say “why, yes Mitt is disqualified to run because of RomneyCare” all I want is that many are highly concerned about what he did and the effects that will have considering everyone is against ObamaCare is an issue
I agree. Michelle needs to answer this question right away. It's just too weird for her to dodge it repeatedly as she has.
It would have to be on FOX because she has yet to go anywhere else. LOL
No judgment in her brain.
not to mention, even the libs, like at the Brookings Institute, are praising her like sliced bread.
WHY???
on paper, she is one of the MOST conservative.
so, WHY are liberals praising her so much ?
...again, if she fires Rollins, OR, comes out swinging after Romney’s rhino hide, then i’ll believe it.
she needs to explain WHY libs would suddenly praise her so highly...
I don’t agree. There will be plenty of time to expose the Punk. To me, the debates should be about comparing and contrasting each other, as well as taking shots at the Imposter. We can’t let the multi-millionaire socialist RINO build up a head of steam. Bob
The first 'smoking gun' was when Rollins showed up on her payroll.
For a conservative it an instinctive response to be against a healthcare mandate no matter if it’s at the State or Federal level.
Sarah said so much in so few word with this quote.
However, even on a state level and even a local level, mandates coming from a governing body, its tough for a lot of us independent Americans to accept, because we have great faith in the private sectors and our own families and our own businessmen and women making decisions for ourselves. Not any level of government telling us what to do.
She does not need to answer every question from the media.
The voters must be PERSUADED to reject Romney. The average voter is a dupe. Bob
It didn't even have to be the one you like - that many are highly concerned and that the effects that will have considering everyone (on our side) is against 0bamaCare - and that it is an issue. That is a nice noncommittal answer that brings up that it is up for the American people to decide, and that obviously (thus the five time question) it is going to be MADE into an issue.
Her refusal to criticize that phony son of a bitch tells you everything you want to know.
Her 2 terms in the House have been all about ginning up for the next opportunity, and she is nothing but another megalomaniac.
You do not recall correctly. Reagan made the best speech ever on health care. Go listen to it, I think levin still has it.
I hate to say this because I have appreciated her conservative stances, but something is fishy with her and this presidential run.
I hope what I am suspecting is not true. I've always liked her.
Another question, having crawled way out on this trash everyone who isn’t Palin limb, what are you going to do if Palin does NOT run and goes out and supports someone you all have spent all your time around her trashing?

HERMAN CAIN.
BRILLIANT man. Math and Computer Science Degrees.
(how about THAT in a President, as a change from lawyers?)
great speaker. proven leader with executive experience.
understands the REAL National Security dangers from Islam.
has great ideas for fixing the economy. (and again, REAL world business experience).
even BEFORE Bachmann went soft on Romney, and started getting praise from libs, i was learning more about Cain,
and finding more and more to like and admire.
