I think that is a “real” photo of Mrs. Newt. She looks creepy (mainly) because of her eyes. She has that “Runnaway bride” look...Remember her? The white shows all around the iris. It’s the look of a crazy woman. Look at the homeless women on the street...You see this a lot.
