Sorry, Mitch, 0bama doesn't follow our Constitution.
No doubt upon the legal advice of Eric Holder (that icon of Gunrunners into Mexico (attempting to subvert info on guns in the hands of cartels and Mexican criminals as the fault of our Freedom to bear arms), protection of New Black Panther thuggery, etc.):

Eric Holder is the worst Attorney General that we have had in my life time. The next President (not Obama) will be able to appoint a good one, who will clean up the messes left by Obama and his minions.
Why doesn’t H0lder just have some guns sent to them at Gitmo?
Holder should be brought up on numerous charges of violating all sorts of laws. Oh, I guess you can’t do that to the AG of the USA, can you?
Re: “They should be hunted and captured, detained and interrogated, and tried away from civilian populations according to the laws of war”. Mitch Mcconnell.
I hope McConnell was talking about Obama, Holder and Napolitano.
