Empathy is a good thing.

Don't get confused with personal or individual empathy, which, of course is a good thing, and "government empathy."

Communism and Marxism are founded on such confusion and such empathy and that's how these Leftists have made inroads here. We don't need nor want government's "empathy" or "help." As Reagan once said, "The scariest words in the English language are, 'Hi , I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'" Over the centuries, thousands upon millions of dead bodies have accumulated as a result of believing those words.

Obviously. I am concerned for the people who have been hit by tornadoes and floods but I still want FEMA eliminated. It doesn't mean I want to just leave them screwed, only that I want to help on my own rather than having the government take money to do it for me.

With liberals, empathy isn't really an altruistic thing. With liberals, empathy is bait they use to create dependents.

I am sorry but your fundamental ignorance of both Reagan and Bachmann make your attempts to lecture those of us who know far far far more about both of them laughable.

You worship a Ronald Reagan that never existed. Despite being the greatest President of the 20th Century, Reagan was a flawed, fallible human. He was not God.

The Reagan you presume to lecture us about signed 6 tax hikes. He signed an illegal alien amnesty. He ran away from a Muslim terrorist threat in Lebanon. He doubled Federal Spending and the Federal Deficit in 8 years.

So instead of lecturing all of us who KNOW far more about the political records of both Reagan and Bachmann, I suggest you try READING a whole lot more and POSTING a whole lot less.
