Previous property owner took out a permit and installed a rip-rap in one area....I wouldn't even think of taking out a permit for something like that anymore - just start throwing crap at the bank....go all 'ninja-beaver' on it - heck, I'll 'ninja-beaver the brook off the river and be done with it.....(It's Natural :>)
