Why isn't the person responsible up on charges of reckless endangerment and child endangerment as well as violations of civil rights and as many other charges as possible. This crap has got to stop..

We just had a similar incident in Pittsburgh. The FBI kicked in a door and raided a house looking for a gang member who had moved out 16 months ago.

The family is suing, and in the suit they named the leader of the FBI SWAT team, and her name is now all over the front pages.

Sounds like a career-ender for her if nothing else.
