Their Liberalism is ‘on display’ during the entire interview and hiring process. If these questions are not asked outright, applicants make sure their ‘persuasion’ is evident in their comments, appearance (yes, they LOOK different), their tone, etc.
For example: Haircut-if any, wrinkled shirt (as opposed to crisp, clean one), rumpled tie- if any. For women, large drop earrings with matted tangled hair or butch-cut hair, long dreary colored clothes, also unironed, earth shoes...etc.

My accreditation is perfect, grad status, real degree and teaching degree, real world experience, honor societies, etc. so getting the job is easy. Then when the others find out you will not be teaching "Global Warming as a Religion" and "Western Civilization and White People Are Evil" you will be driven out.
If we were to test students on these subjects they would do very well. Unfortunately, we test them on the nominal, not actual, curriculum.
