No there's not. ANY government body that ORDERS citizens to buy or pay for government healthcare has stepped over the line. WAY over.

The Tenth Amendment gives powers not delegated to the federal government to the "states or to the people". In other words, it is up to the states and the people of those states to decide. Like it or not, some states have really really really stupid laws.

This is the "laboratory" idea spoken about by so many people, and now you hear the current candidates repeating it. Look, if Massachusetts wants to inflict some ridiculous law, that is the right of the people of that state....same for Florida or Rhode Island or Hawaii.

This is what gives Americans the FREEDOM to move around and choose where they live.
