That also sticks Stevens with the problem of the unauthorized commercial photography of TSA agents at work.
You have to have a signed release for that stuff ~ and I've been waiting and waiting for Stevens or RightHaven to say they had a "release".
Without a commercial use release they really can't sue anybody for anything over that class of picture.
