I think the far better solution is to just not have welfare, don’t you? Much less draconian, far easier, far cheaper to implement.
I do too, but as long as the people on welfare make up a sizable voting bloc, that won't happen. If it was up to me, I'd start paying people on welfare with private funds to have this done. Then move on from there.
