Yes, the pardon board confirmed the record. 40 children.Imagine, if after the first child was put on the welfare rolls, how much money we'd have saved if we had simply neutered the stud in this case.

I think the far better solution is to just not have welfare, don’t you? Much less draconian, far easier, far cheaper to implement.

Much less draconian, far easier, far cheaper to implement.I do too, but as long as the people on welfare make up a sizable voting bloc, that won't happen. If it was up to me, I'd start paying people on welfare with private funds to have this done. Then move on from there.

Most of his adult life had been spent in jails or prisons, with shortish terms but lots of them. I was thinking it would be fun to look at the ages of his progeny. You would have a group at, say, 22. Then nothing to 2-4 years. Then another group at 18-19. Then, whoops, nobody for 3-5. Then another litter, and so on.
