I think the far better solution is to just not have welfare, don’t you? Much less draconian, far easier, far cheaper to implement.

I do too, but as long as the people on welfare make up a sizable voting bloc, that won't happen. If it was up to me, I'd start paying people on welfare with private funds to have this done. Then move on from there.

I was thinking it would be fun to look at the ages of his progeny. You would have a group at, say, 22. Then nothing to 2-4 years. Then another group at 18-19. Then, whoops, nobody for 3-5. Then another litter, and so on.
