From what I heard they quit when he told them he didnt believe in actual campaigning /rallies in person and instead will campaign from behind a camera and computer. Then he went on that vacation cruise. But he is still 'in' I assume to get camera time only.
Not sure what Rudy's real plans are, hard to believe anyone would donate to him this time.
