The rest states - "...and that'll go a long way towards accomplishing their goal."
If you care to add additional suggestions, you are welcome to do so.
But it doesn't change the fact that my suggestion -
"Stop sharing needles and having unprotected homo sex, and that'll go a long way towards accomplishing their goal." -
- is correct, and will go a long way towards ending AIDS.
